Shock is a 550 spring and 2.80, And nick if you were smart enough to realize it says frame and shock only not whole bike... Cheers everyone send messages will be answered way faster than comments.

950 cuz tires are normal with tubes and kinda cheap fork not to mention its a whistler bike frame so its probably beat up or if it isnt it creeks abit im guessing? alright bike

you wouldnt get more than 5 inches of travel out of it you would need longer swing arm and your wheel needs to be on the bottom part of the chainstay or will not move freely like you want it to.
